Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. For cancellations, please contact us by phone or email.

Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This ensures your spot on the tour and helps us prepare for your experience.

Yes, you can change your booking date up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your tour.

Your safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen weather conditions or other safety concerns, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule your tour for another date or receive a full refund.

Onboard Experience

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, and a light jacket. All necessary equipment and amenities, such as snacks and beverages, are provided on board.

Yes, we offer a bar service and provide snacks on all our tours. For specific trips like the West Bays and Desert Islands tours, a meal is included. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.

Yes, our yacht is equipped with two restrooms for your convenience during the trip.

While we provide snacks and beverages, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, we kindly ask that you keep the boat clean and dispose of any trash properly.

We frequently encounter dolphins and whales, but these sightings are not guaranteed as they are wild animals. Our experienced crew will do their best to navigate areas where these marine creatures are often spotted.

To help us protect our boat and ensure a more comfortable experience for everyone, shoes are not allowed on board. We kindly ask all passengers to remove their shoes before boarding. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
